Our Agreement With You

When creating and maintaining an account on AutoTheory:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
• You may not allow others to use your account without permission.

Our payment process works as follows:

• All payments are processed securely through our platform.
• Prices are set by service providers but we may offer promotions or discounts.
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified in our cancellation policy.
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may be subject to service provider terms.

AutoTheory offers the following warranty provisions:

• Services booked through our platform come with our Service Guarantee.
• If you're not satisfied, we'll help resolve the issue or find another service provider at no additional cost.
• Parts purchased through our marketplace have manufacturer warranties as applicable.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.

Our liability is limited in the following ways:

• AutoTheory is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by third-party service providers beyond our Service Guarantee.

In the event of disputes:

• We encourage users to first contact our customer support team to resolve issues.
• Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
• The laws of the State of California will govern these terms without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Regarding account termination:

• AutoTheory reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of our terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Upon termination, you'll lose access to our services, but these Terms will continue to apply as applicable.
